Title: Treasury Manager - Treasury Buildout

The Opportunity:

This is the firm's first dedicated treasury hire. Treasury work is currently split across four to five members of the finance team; this role consolidates it into a defined function.

The hire owns treasury operations and builds the processes around it. Reports directly to the Vice President of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up wire transactions using supporting documentation from the accounting, deal, and finance teams
• Serve as liaison between the deal team and finance team on all new investment funding requirements, including funds flows and fee schedules
• Maintain and update the corporate liquidity forecasting model
• Support capital structure management across multiple entities, including preparing capital draws and managing borrowing bases
• Design and maintain the treasury management system (Finley Technologies)
• Build treasury key performance indicators and dashboarding
• Perform daily cash reconciliation across all corporate bank accounts
• Record journal entries in the accounting system for dividends, bond payments, and interest payments
• Support ad hoc treasury modeling projects for senior management
• Assist with audit procedures and coordinate with third-party valuation teams

Requirements:

• 5
  -10 years of direct treasury operations experience
• Financial services background strongly preferred: credit funds, business development companies, investment management, or bank treasury operations
• Strong Microsoft Excel — liquidity modeling and cash reconciliation, not complex financial modeling
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or another quantitative discipline
• Demonstrated ownership mentality — this hire defines the processes rather than inheriting them
