Investment Banking Associate - Digital Infrastructure - Dallas

An established, privately held investment banking firm is seeking an Associate to join its Infrastructure team in Dallas. The firm provides M&A and capital markets advice in a collaborative environment that values sound judgment, integrity and long-term career development.

The Associate will help lead transaction execution for services companies supporting the connectivity and digital infrastructure industries. Candidates must bring investment banking transaction experience in one or more of the following sectors:
Business Services, Telecom, Tech-Enabled Services or IT Services.

This role offers direct client interaction, close collaboration with senior bankers and responsibility for mentoring analysts.

• Drive execution of M&A and capital markets transactions alongside senior bankers.
• Develop and review financial models, valuation analyses and other transaction-related analyses.
• Prepare and present confidential information presentations, management presentations and pitches.
• Manage due diligence, transaction timelines and coordination with clients and counter parties.
• Conduct company, industry, buyer, investor and market research.
• Train and mentor analysts, reviewing their work for accuracy and quality.
• Build relationships with current and prospective clients.

• 3+ years of investment banking experience.
• Transaction experience in Business Services, Telecom, Tech-Enabled Services or IT Services.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills, including experience reviewing analyst work.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• High standards of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safeguarding confidential information and complying with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer visa sponsorship.
