This individual will play a key role in both asset management and portfolio management functions, working closely with senior investment professionals throughout the lifecycle of investments, from pre-development through stabilization and execution.

This individual will play a key role in both asset management and portfolio management functions, working closely with senior investment professionals throughout the lifecycle of investments, from pre-development through stabilization and execution.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models for real estate investments.
• Prepare property-level and portfolio-level projections, financing analyses, JV waterfall models, sensitivities, budgets, and reforecast scenarios.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support investment and asset management decisions.

• Assist with the ongoing management of a national portfolio of debt and equity investments.
• Monitor asset performance and evaluate business plan execution.
• Coordinate with operating partners, sponsors, borrowers, and third-party stakeholders.
• Support investment-level and portfolio-level reporting initiatives.

• Prepare financial analyses, investment summaries, and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation of presentations for senior leadership, investors, and strategic partners.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting processes.

• Track investment performance and key milestones across the portfolio.
• Review and analyze real estate documentation, including leases, contracts, partnership agreements, and loan documents.
• Support capital events such as funding requests, distributions, draw reviews, and other transaction-related activities.

• Assist with marketing and fundraising-related requests as needed.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives that support the growth of the investment platform.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, portfolio management, lending, development, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience working with real estate debt and/or equity investments preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• ARGUS Enterprise experience is highly preferred.
• Client-facing or investor-facing experience is a plus.

• Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and investment performance metrics.
• Ability to build financial models from the ground up and interpret complex investment structures.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
