Contact Government Services is hiring an Intelligence Analyst to support the U.S. Government’s threat watchlisting and screening mission. The role involves providing embedded analysis and reach‑back support to a federal agency and its partners, delivering multi‑source intelligence analysis and fusion that integrates national‑level products and databases to define patterns of operations. Responsibilities include processing and verifying national security threat actor nominations, ensuring data integrity and quality control, managing encounters, sharing information, and performing multiple‑discipline intelligence analysis.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Apply complex direction, including standard operating procedures and operations manuals documentation, as well as appropriate oral and written guidance received.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to advise and guide executive management on a range of issues, including making presentations and preparing formal and informal reports, correspondence, briefings, charts, tables, and graphs distributed throughout the government and its partner agencies.
- Conduct research and analysis of data, information, and intelligence to produce a wide range of finished all‑source intelligence products, including standard and non‑standard agency products and briefings for tactical and strategic customers.
- Provide daily feedback to the team lead.
- Ability to learn the range of pertinent laws, regulations, policies, and precedents that affect the program.
- Effective problem‑solving, analytic, written, and oral communication skills.
- Capacity to work as part of a team to produce multi‑faced intelligence products and support operational units and intelligence community components.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook applications.
- Ability to engage the customer daily.
- Active Top Secret clearance and eligibility for a CI Polygraph.
- Experience working with IC tools and databases.
- Degree in security or intelligence studies, preferably focused on terrorism or other transnational security threats.
- Two to seven years of experience.
- Familiarity with programs and software such as Palantir, ESRI, Intel Analyst, ETC.
- Completion certificate from a commercial, military, or U.S. government all‑source analysis training course or a specialized intelligence career field.
- Drafting and development of technical documentation related to a variety of projects in the IT space.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to establish technical processes and procedures.
- Document projects through the SDLC.
- Provide status reports for multiple ongoing projects and related documentation efforts.
