Vice President, Policy Development & Research

DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas seeks an executive leader to direct research, policy development, and strategic planning efforts focused on affordable housing, segregation, community investment, economic opportunity, transportation access, healthcare access, and issues affecting residents throughout Dallas and North Texas.

This position works closely with the President and CEO to evaluate trends, conduct research, analyze data, develop evidence-based policy recommendations, prepare reports and presentations, support Board communications, coordinate outreach initiatives, cultivate partnerships, engage stakeholders, and represent DHA before community and governmental organizations.

Qualified candidates should possess a master's degree and professional experience in housing, urban planning, public policy, transportation, economic development, research, government affairs, or related fields, including leadership experience. Strong communication, writing, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning skills are required. Experience working with public agencies, elected officials, community organizations, and regional stakeholders is highly desirable.
