What You Will Do:
- Serve as a finance contact for program and functional finance teams supporting classified programs.
- Provide support for Raytheon finance tools, processes, and Earned Value Management (EVM) activities.
- Coordinate transition activities from legacy finance tools and processes to updated tools and processes.
- Present tool and process transition information to management and program stakeholders.
- Support CPAS and for Project teams with issue identification, solution development, testing, and implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities supporting classified area initiatives, including Digital Transformation (DT), Planning, EVM, and Program Controls.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned business processes.
- Support implementation of finance tools and processes within program areas.
- Travel to program sites as required.
- Typical requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience using finance processes and tools, including one or more of the following: for Project, APEX, EVM, PM Tools, PRO-IA, IPMDAR/IPMR, or similar tools.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, Day 1 with the ability to obtain program access after start.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience supporting program financial activities for reportable and internal programs.
- Experience coordinating multiple program financial activities.
- Experience supporting classified environments or programs.
- Experience with project management or change management processes.
- Earned Value Management certification.
