Eleven Wellness, a premier medical spa in Dallas, is seeking a highly experienced Licensed Aesthetician with an established book of business to join our elite clinical team. This role is designed for a top-tier provider who is confident, results‑driven, and ready to operate at a lead aesthetician level within a luxury, medical‑grade environment.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an aesthetician who already has loyal clientele and is looking for strong operational support, premium devices, medical oversight, and an aggressive commission structure to scale their income and brand.

This is not an entry-level or volume-based position
. This role is for an aesthetician who:

• Has already built trust with clients

• Understands treatment planning and long-term skin health

• Wants autonomy, earning potential, and a premium clinical setting

• Is ready to step into a lead-level opportunity

• Active Texas Esthetician License (Required)

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a medical spa or advanced aesthetics environment strongly preferred

• Established book of business required

• Proven experience with dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, Glo2
  
  Facial, chemical peels, and microneedling

• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare brands including:
  Skin better, Revision, Neova, Glytone, Hydrinity, ISDIN, Plated, SIV, Circe, CO2
  
  Lift, Alumier, Avène, Cyspera

• Confident, polished, and professional communicator

• Strong consultative sales ability with a relationship‑based approach

• Ability to work independently with excellent time management and clinical judgment

• Leadership mindset with a high standard for patient outcomes and experience

• Deliver customized, results-driven treatments including medical-grade facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, Hydrafacial, Glo2
  
  Facial (Geneo
  
  X), and Skin Pen microneedling.
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business while attracting new high‑value clients.
• Perform in-depth skin evaluations and confidently build long-term treatment plans.
• Educate clients on services, skincare regimens, and retail recommendations.
• Build strong, loyal client relationships that drive retention and revenue growth.
• Uphold Eleven Wellness’ clinical protocols, service standards, and luxury experience.
• Maintain accurate charting, treatment notes, and client records.
• Collaborate with the front desk and leadership team to ensure smooth scheduling and optimal client flow.
• Support inventory oversight, backbar organization, and retail presentation.
• Participate in advanced trainings and ongoing education to stay at the forefront of aesthetics.
