Esthetic Educator

Advance-Esthetic is at the forefront of the skincare and esthetic equipment industry, known for delivering cutting‑edge solutions. We are currently in search of a passionate and experienced Esthetic Trainer/Educator to join our team. We are specifically looking for an individual who exudes extroversion, comfortably conducts live demos on social media, and possesses dynamic and engaging qualities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Commitment to Company Mission and Vision:
  Align with the company's mission and vision, embodying its values and principles.
• Product Knowledge:
  Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all our product information and stay updated on new devices.
• Training and
  
  Education:
  
  Conduct interactive training sessions to support the sales team in achieving sales growth. Provide problem‑solving sessions during training and resolve training‑related issues.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, participant feedback, and any issues raised during training.
• Trade Shows:
  Attend trade shows as required, representing the company and its products.
• Travel:
  Ability to travel at least 45% of the time, including some overnight and weekend travel for trade shows.
• Perform social media live demos, video portal sessions, 1/1 trainings, in office training
• Mentoring and
  
  Coaching:
  
  Teach, mentor, motivate, and coach customers, sales team members, and customer service staff on the proper use of our equipment.
• Independent Work:
  Ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent persuasive communication skills.
• Customer Support:
  Provide additional support to the company as assigned by senior management, including opening tickets for customer support‑related issues.
• Appointment Scheduling:
  Schedule all appointments using Booking Google or other designated tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or

Experience:

• Esthetician license required.
• Three (3) plus years of hands‑on skincare experience.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, be extroverted, and excel in both in‑person and online training settings.
• Experience conducting social media live demos, video portal sessions, 1:1 trainings, and in‑office training activities is required.
• Laser Certification preferred
• Electrology experience a plus
• Experience with our products is a plus.
