A collection of beautifully appointed event spaces each designed for intimate gatherings and grand celebrations alike—offers an elegant backdrop to host the city’s most memorable moments. The hotel will introduce a signature Wellbeing by Auberge concept, where skin-health rituals meet cutting-edge therapies in a convivial yet serene setting.

The Esthetician provides professional skin care services within the hotel spa, delivering treatments that reflect the service standards of a luxury Auberge wellbeing environment. This role focuses on personalized guest care, technical excellence, and maintaining a consistently high standard of wellness and service.

• Greet guests professionally and ensure a welcoming spa experience.
• Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout all treatments.
• Maintain professional ethics while providing personalized service that ensures each guest feels their needs are met.
• Perform skin care treatments according to established wellbeing protocols and standards.
• Prepare treatment rooms according to guest preferences and service requirements.
• Complete all pre- and post-treatment cleaning, sanitization, restocking, and preparation.
• Maintain immaculate, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms, including properly draped tables and clean counters, tools, supplies, and product displays.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of all spa areas, including locker rooms.
• Provide complementary neck, hand, and foot massage when appropriate and in accordance with treatment protocols.
• Uphold all sanitation and sterilization standards in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and wellbeing policies.
• Follow all established treatment protocols, service procedures, operational standards, and brand expectations.
• Promptly communicate guest concerns, complaints, misconduct, or other incidents requiring attention to management.
• Promote wellbeing treatments, services, sessions, retail products, programs, promotions, and discounts when appropriate.
• Educate guests on recommended services and aftercare as part of the treatment experience.
• Maintain accurate and current knowledge of product usage and treatment procedures.
• Regularly attend, participate in, and support spa training and team meetings.

• Valid and current Esthetician License (state/location required)
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional esthetic experience preferred
• Experience in a luxury wellbeing or hotel spa environment preferred
• Additional certifications in specialty treatments or modalities preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and protocols
• Professional demeanor and appearance required at all times
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving treatments and standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standards
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Bilingual abilities preferred
