• Bonus based on performance

• Perform services including facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, and skincare consultations
• Recommend treatment plans and skincare products based on client goals
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment room
• Build strong client relationships and deliver a great Medspa experience
• Assist with occasional front-desk needs (checking in clients, answering questions)

• Licensed Esthetician in the State of Texas
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with clients
• Team player who shows up on time and takes pride in their work
• Experience with lasers (Laser License) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a clean, safe approach to services

• Competitive hourly pay + commission on products + tips
• Ongoing training and certifications
