Base pay range: $284,000 – $600,000 per year

We are seeking a mid to senior level Transactional Healthcare Attorney to join a nationally recognized healthcare practice. The healthcare attorney will handle complex issues from digital health, data management, life sciences and medical malpractice to regulatory compliance and offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value healthcare transactions for leading industry clients.
Qualifications- 6+ years of healthcare transactional experience
- Admission to the applicable bar in the office location
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, Anti-Kickback, and Stark
- Excellent academic credentials
- Exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills
- Current or recent AM Law 100/200 experience required
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
Salary range: $284,000 – $600,000
