Physical Therapist (PT) - Full Time
Adult Orthopedic (Ortho) Physical Therapist Outpatient

Salary Range: $80,080.00 - $

$10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day

Our Newly Remodeled BSW Rehab Outpatient location at our Dallas Camp Wisdom clinic; equipped with new innovative treatments, adaptive techniques and new advanced technology is adding to its full time staff. Hiring for a motivated full time Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and have a passion for patient advocacy and learning while becoming part of a very tight-knit and dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
  • Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day
  • Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed
Qualifications
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations
