A Client Care Specialist 2 contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics/Programs. A CCS‑2 is a hybrid role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within wellness programs.

Responsibilities:

• Collect medical histories, manage tests/screenings, record vitals, and address health complaints.
• Facilitate patient registration, appointment management, and electronic chart creation.
• Document data, including referrals and reports.
• Perform venipuncture and sample collection for laboratory analysis.
• Collaborate with a close‑knit team to focus on comprehensive patient care.

• Valid Phlebotomy license or Medical Assistant certificate.
• Proficiency in venipuncture and sample collection.
• Proficient Spanish speaker (a plus).
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.

Varies based on the needs of sites and events. Rotating schedule of days and nights to include weekends.
