Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS‑2)A Client Care Specialist 2 contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics/Programs. A CCS‑2 is a hybrid role providing courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within wellness programs.
Responsibilities:
- Collect medical histories, manage tests/screenings, record vitals, and address health complaints.
- Facilitate patient registration, appointment management, and electronic chart creation.
- Document data, including referrals and reports.
- Perform venipuncture and sample collection for laboratory analysis.
- Collaborate with a close‑knit team to focus on comprehensive patient care.
- Valid Phlebotomy license or Medical Assistant certificate.
- Proficiency in venipuncture and sample collection.
- Proficient Spanish speaker (a plus).
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Varies based on the needs of sites and events. Rotating schedule of days and nights to include weekends.
