We’re looking for Direct Care Staff with backgrounds in juvenile detention, behavioral health, or residential treatment to work overnight shifts. This is a hands‑on role working with youth (ages 10–17) with mental health behaviors/diagnosis or Intellectual Disabilities/Autism. You’ll ensure safety, provide structure, and support their treatment journey.

Full-time Direct Care Pay: $17-20 per hour. Must be willing to work overnight and on weekends and holidays.

• Supervise youth and maintain a safe, structured environment.
• Support daily routines: meals, school, recreation, group sessions.
• Use trauma‑informed strategies to de‑escalate challenging behaviors.
• Document incidents and progress notes.
• Transport youth to school, appointments, and community outings.
• Work closely with supervisors and treatment teams.

• Experience:
  
  juvenile detention, behavioral/mental health, or residential treatment preferred.
• Minimum:
  High school diploma/GED, 25+ years old (per state licensing requirements).
• Strong communication and crisis‑management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass FBI fingerprinting & drug test.
