Cardiac Exercise Physiologist– PRN – Rotating

PRN – Rotating shifts as needed – Weekend on call.

• Bachelor's Degree Exercise Physiology Required AND
• Master's Degree Exercise Physiology Preferred
• 3 months experience in cardiac diagnostic stress testing or cardiac rehab Required
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days required
• EP-C - Certified Exercise Physiologist Upon Hire preferred OR
• RCEP - Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist Upon Hire preferred

• Perform Treadmill Exercise Stress Test, Nuclear Stress Test and Pharmacological Stress Test.
• Ability to accurately interpret rest and stress 12 lead ECG and document any abnormalities.
• Demonstrates knowledge of radio isotopes used in Nuclear Cardiology.
• Reports critical findings promptly to interpreting Cardiologist.
• Demonstrates knowledge of quality control and quality assurance.
