Mid-Level Practitioner; NP or PA

This full-time Mid-Level Practitioner (NP or PA) provides primary and acute care across all ages under physician supervision at a community health center.

• Conduct assessments, physical exams, and preventive services
• Manage diagnostics, medications, and treatments
• Offer women’s health, counseling, and community health education
• Maintain accurate documentation

• Relevant licensure, certification, and experience in outpatient or community health settings
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle diverse patient needs and emergencies

Physical activity may include lifting patients and standing for extended periods.

Travel and flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
