Major/Essential Functions
This position can be housed in Dallas or Amarillo.
Guides, manages, and plans implementation of and data collection for the cancer expansion of the Raider Rx Pharmacy Based Practice Research and Resource Network (PBRRN).
* Works closely with principal and co-investigators to manage project development and implementation.
* Supervises and coordinates community health workers and research assistants working on the project.
* Manages project development and implementation.
* Manages primary data collection, assists in the development of study-related databases.
* Assists in monitoring of data collection for accuracy and completeness.
* Coordinates and supervises daily project activities.
* Ensures compliance of project activities with human subjects research, and with other internal and external needs.
* Assists with editing of proposals and manuscripts.
* Manages IRB submissions and correspondence.
* Maintains compliance standards (CITI, HIPPA, etc.).
* Provides employee and programmatic updates to PI on a regularly scheduled basis.
* Monitors and tracks project milestones; manages ongoing timeline for milestones.
* Ensure preparation and submission of quarterly reports to funding agency.
* Establishes community partnerships and maintains rapport with established partners.
* Plans and provides training for community partners and project sites.
* Designs, implements, leads, and participates in PBRRN events.
* Performs additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree or higher in relevant field, such as public health, or other health-related degree.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Experience with database creation and management
* Experience/Education in pharmacy, social, behavioral, medical, or health sciences research
* Experience in pharmacy or public health, community health, or healthcare setting
* Human subjects research experience
* Experience working in interprofessional settings and with complex teams
* Prior experience with community or hospital pharmacy
* Data analysis and publication experience
