Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Dallas, TX, for a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). The role involves providing direct social work services, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing counseling, and coordinating care for clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, advocating for client needs, facilitating access to resources, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and applicable regulations.

The social worker will maintain accurate documentation and deliver services that promote client well‑being and empowerment.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program and current LMSW licensure
  • Strong interpersonal communication, counseling, and case management skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Knowledge of community resources, social services systems, and advocacy practices
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation
  • Compassionate and client‑centered approach to service delivery
  • Experience in mental health or healthcare settings is preferred
  • Proficiency in Spanish or other additional languages is a plus
