Clinical Research Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to join a growing research site as one of the foundational team members. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a CRC with 5+ years of sponsor-backed trial experience who is ready to take on greater ownership and grow into a Lead CRC or Site Lead role as the site expands.

This position offers the chance to help build processes, mentor future team members, and shape the operational direction of the research program from the ground up.

This is an onsite position in Dallas, TX M-F 8-5 PM and not hybrid or remote.

Under the direction of the Principal Investigator and research leadership, the CRC will manage and coordinate daily clinical trial activities including patient recruitment and informed consent, eligibility review, visit scheduling, source documentation, lab and diagnostic tracking, investigational product and supply management, and performance of protocol-required procedures such as vital signs, blood draws, EKGs, and bladder scans. The CRC will serve as a primary liaison to sponsors and monitors, ensure regulatory and GCP compliance, facilitate monitoring visits, and maintain accurate, timely communication with investigators regarding patient safety and study status.

• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator in sponsor-backed trials
• Strong patient recruitment and enrollment experience
• Experience working directly with sponsors and monitors

• BA/BS in a scientific or health-related discipline
• Interest in growing into a Lead CRC or Site leadership role
