Are you looking for immediate work as a caregiver in the Dallas, TX area? We’ve got the job for you. Bright Star Plano/North Dallas/Bright Star Care of Frisco Carrollton/Fort Worth - Granbury /Fort Worth - Burleson is actively hiring a caring and professional in-home caregiver to care for our clients. We provide uplifting in-home care for seniors and older adults who require a helping hand, a supportive companion, and day-to-day assistance in their homes.

We are specifically looking for Live In caregivers or CNAs to cover the following shifts. Preferred Schedule is 7 days on / 7 days off. Alternative

Schedule:

7am to 7am Monday through Friday; 7am to 7am Friday through Monday.

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
• Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visits
• Assist clients with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and document observed changes to the Director of Nursing

• Up-to-date CPR (expires every 2 years)
• Current Driver’s License
• Auto insurance with your name on it
• TB skin test results within one year of hire or Chest X-Ray within 5 years of hire
• MUST be able to lift 50+ lbs
• At least 1 year of experience in home health or facility setting
• Must be available to work three days of 12hrs agreed upon
• If you are not with a client, you will have office/administrative work or be on-call to cover the full 12hr shift
• Must be willing to take all new clients and help transition to a consistent caregiver
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong consideration for candidates with experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide/Assistant, or similar positions
