This is a PRODUCER role-not a task-only operator position.
We're hiring Revenue Cycle Recovery / Payment Integrity Producers to actively recover medical provider over payments for self-funded health plans. This role is built for people who take ownership of outcomes, move fast, and want their effort tied to real earning upside.
You'll start with a base pay of $30/hour, but here's where it gets exciting:

What Producers Do Here
- Own recoveries end-to-end – from initial outreach to dollars returned
- Actively pursue medical over payment recoveries within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows
- Drive healthcare refunds follow-up with urgency
- Communicate with providers confidently and professionally to move cases forward
- Hit- and exceed
- monthly recovery and revenue goals - Track performance and pipeline using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Manage time, workload, and priorities to maximize recovered dollars

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel required)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable in a performance-based recoveries environment

- Overpayment Recovery or Insurance Follow-Up experience
Schedule & Location
- On-site in Farmers Branch, TX
- Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Full-time, in-person collaboration
- No holidays, evening, or weekends
