    Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p

What You Need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2 years Front Office Experience in a Clinic Setting (required) or 2 years Back Office Experience in a Clinic Setting (required)
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in one setting
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Effectively communicate with staff, patients, vendors and other contacts
  • Provide positive, professional customer service to patients, staff, and visitor
  • Maintain patient confidentiality while handling all patient personal health information and records
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of health care administration concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
  • Be a team player who handles multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
What You Will Do
  • Manages clinic staff on day-to-day operation.
  • Assists in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.
  • Efficiently directs patient flow throughout the clinic.
  • Coordinates general front office activities including, but not limited to: registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties.
  • Assists the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times.
  • Assists the Practice Manager with the new hire or reoccurring training processes.
  • Assists the Practice Manager with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives.
  • Provides direction and support to clinical staff as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
