Let’s Play N Grow is seeking an experienced, compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high‑quality, play‑based ABA services in a supportive, well‑structured clinical environment. This role focuses on individualized programming, meaningful supervision, and strong family collaboration. Ideal candidates value kindness, clinical excellence, and teamwork.

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans
• Oversee client programming, BIPs, progress reports, and documentation
• Provide supervision for at least 10% of therapy hours weekly
• Coach and mentor RBTs using Behavioral Skills Training (BST)
• Collaborate closely with caregivers through ongoing caregiver collaboration
• Ensure ethical, compliant, and timely clinical documentation
• Maintain an average of 110 billable hours per month
• Support a positive, safe, and joyful clinic environment

• BCBA certification in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with children with autism as a BCBA
• Strong understanding of play‑based, individualized ABA
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to move between floor, seated, and standing positions
• Lift or carry up to 50 pounds when needed
