Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pediatric Home Health

Speech Language Pathologist – Pediatric Home Health | Full‑time | $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus

Amazing Care Home Health Services has been delivering high‑quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients since 2004.

About the Role

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide individualized, in‑home therapy for pediatric patients. You will assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate interventions that support each child's functional independence and quality of life.

Scheduling Options
  • Part‑Time: fewer than 24 visits per week
  • Full‑Time: 25+ visits per week
  • Consistent visits and caseloads built near your location
Compensation
  • Evaluation Rate: $100.00
  • Visit Rate: $75.00 per visit (commensurate with experience)

Sign‑on Bonus: $5,000 for full‑time; $1,000 for part‑time with a minimum visit requirement of 12 visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Conduct evaluations using standardized and non‑standardized assessments.
  • Educate families on home exercise programs, adaptive strategies, and daily living skills.
  • Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and care plan updates accurately.
  • Participate in care coordination, team meetings, and discharge planning.
  • Stay current with pediatric OT best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas
  • Experience in pediatric home health or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
  • Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges
