• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions tailored to each patient.
• Use evidence‑based strategies to improve speech and language outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with families, providing updates and home practice guidance.
• Collaborate with a team of therapists to ensure well‑rounded, coordinated care.
• Complete documentation including evaluations, progress reports, and daily notes.

• Master’s degree in speech‑language pathology.
• Licensed in Texas.
• Familiarity with a range of communication disorders and age ranges.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and team‑oriented mindset.
