Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health services. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive psychological assessments, evidence-based treatments, and clinical leadership within a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in subspecialty areas, a commitment to patient-centered care, and active engagement in professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert psychological evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for diverse patient populations, including adults and specialized groups.
  • Lead clinical initiatives that promote quality improvement, patient safety, and adherence to evolving standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with medical, behavioral health, and support teams to coordinate integrated care programs.
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including trainees, residents, and junior psychologists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Develop, implement, and review clinical protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Serve as a clinical resource, offering consultation on complex cases, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Engage in professional development activities, including seminars, workshops, and membership in relevant organizations to stay current with advancements in clinical psychology.
  • Contribute to organizational initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes, service delivery efficiency, and community health impact.
  • Assist with training programs and educational activities for staff and students.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Board Certified in Clinical Psychology.
  • Valid state licensure as a Psychologist in Texas.
  • Proven experience in delivering specialty psychological services, including assessments and evidence-based interventions.
  • Extensive experience with diverse patient populations, including working with complex, chronic, or specialty cases.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including supervising clinical staff and managing program areas.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective professional relationships.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to meet the needs of patients with sensory limitations, cognitive impairments, or age-related challenges.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional growth.
