CSI Pharmacy in Dallas, TX is seeking a Home Infusion RN to join our team delivering at-home infusion therapy to patients with chronic and rare illnesses. You will travel to patient residences, administer IV and injectable medications, and educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety.
Under supervision, you will ensure quality care, maintain records, coordinate with pharmacists and clinicians, and participate in safety and inventory activities.
