Job Description & How to Apply Below

Step into an impactful opportunity where your expertise as a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist will make a daily difference for students in grades K-8. This contract position is designed for professionals eager to support a diverse student population in a rewarding, part-time role for the  school year. Your assignment begins in early August and continues through late May, providing structured, predictable hours while allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

In this role, you'll benefit from guaranteed weekly hours and receive compensation for both direct and indirect services. Your focus will remain entirely on supporting student communication needs- there are no additional non-clinical duties such as bus or parent pick-up responsibilities. Travel therapists are also eligible for stipends.

Ideal candidates bring experience in schools and have, or are seeking, their SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential. Fluency in English and Spanish, and a passion for serving bilingual populations, is highly valued.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
  • SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY designation
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy for K-8 students
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in team meetings as needed
  • Deliver services within designated contracted hours
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families

Eligible full-time employees can access comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental plans, and a 401k option.
