Physical Therapist Assistant

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $40-$50/hour

We're seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Dallas.

This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with one-on-one patient care
, allowing you to build meaningful relationships while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

You'll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, individualized care.

Bilingual candidates are preferred.

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics.
• Accurately document treatments, patient progress, and outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Deliver exceptional patient care while fostering a positive patient experience.

• Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage approximately 7-8 patients per day while providing individualized care.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
• Passion for helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
