At Max Health MSO, we believe communication, integrity, empathy, and teamwork drive both patient outcomes and employee success.

We are seeking a Floating Medical Assistant to join our team at Max Health! • Arrive at each assigned clinic prepared to work independently with minimal onboarding time, quickly adapting to that location's team, layout, and patient flow.
  • Communicate proactively with the Front Office Lead, Clinic Manager, and staff regarding schedule, coverage gaps, and any site‑specific issues.
  • Maintain consistent quality of care and service standards across all locations.

Front Office Duties

  • Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls across a multi‑line system, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments; answer questions about services offered.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized patient records and files.
  • Verify insurance, collect co‑pays, and handle basic front‑desk billing tasks as needed.

Clinical / Medical Assistant Duties

  • Assess patients' general condition and take vital signs, weight, and medication/dosage review.
  • Perform clinical procedures (e.g., injections) that you have been signed off to perform, under physician supervision.
  • Document all activities, interventions, patient responses, and medications in the electronic medical record.
  • Collect and process urine and blood samples for testing.
  • Clean and restock exam/procedure rooms between patients, following established protocols and OSHA guidelines.
  • Package and sterilize equipment and assist with maintenance of autoclaves, endoscopes, and other clinical equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality (HIPAA) policies at every location.
