Medical Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team in Lancaster, TX. The ideal candidate will provide clinical and administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office and high-quality patient care.

• Greet and prepare patients for examination, taking vital signs and medical histories.
• Assist physicians during patient examinations and procedures.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and administer medications as directed by the physician.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information regarding treatments and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Collect and process laboratory specimens.
• Update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

This position is based in a medical office setting in Lancaster, TX. The Medical Assistant will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
