High school diploma or GED preferred.

• HHA, PCA, CNA or other caregiver certification preferred
• Experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care is a plus
• Empathy, compassion, and kindness required
• Sound judgement and calmness in a variety of situations
• Reliability, punctuality, and dependability
• Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness
• Proof of U.S. work eligibility
• Background check and drug screening clearance

• Valid driver’s license required for travel to assignment locations
• Reliable transportation with current auto liability insurance

Minimum 18 years old. Must provide proof of education and/or experience to accomplish assigned tasks.

• Read and write English; follow verbal and written instructions in English
