NP ​/ PA – Hormone Optimization & Aesthetics | Easy Schedule | Outpatient

A membership-based concierge wellness clinic in Dallas is hiring an NP or PA for a clinical lead role in hormone optimization, weight management, sexual wellness, and aesthetics, serving a primarily male membership that pays for quality and expects it. No insurance. No rushed visits. No volume targets. Just focused, relationship-based care with full autonomy and a compensation model that rewards providers who deliver results.

Three days per week to start, growing into full-time as the practice scales. Full hormone health training provided from day one.

• Serve as the primary clinical provider across hormone optimization, sexual wellness, peptide therapy, weight management, and aesthetics
• Evaluate patients and build individualized treatment plans under medical director supervision
• Own patient consultations end to end, educating members on their options and guiding them toward plans that fit their goals
• Perform in-clinic procedures including intramuscular injections and PRP (training provided)
• Help grow clinic membership through confident, patient-first conversations
• Maintain clean, timely documentation and help run an organized clinic day

• Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; ability to connect with patients and guide decisions matters most
• Comfortable discussing hormone therapy, testosterone optimization, peptides, and men's health treatments with patients; full training provided
• Comfortable owning patient consultations and running your own clinic flow independently
• Performance-driven mindset; comfortable in a revenue-aware practice environment
• DEA registration and Texas Controlled Substance registration a plus; clinic covers both if not already held
• Background in hormone therapy, aesthetics (Botox, PRP, pellets), or cash-pay concierge setting a strong plus

• $55–$75/hr for three-day schedule, scaling as role grows to full-time
• Uncapped commission; target approximately $12,000/year with real upside for strong performers
