Our current audiologist is retiring, and we are seeking an experienced dispensing Audiologist for 40 hours per week at a busy, well-established private practice at our Campbell Road location in Dallas, Texas. Base salary plus up to $30-60k bonuses for the right candidate, potential $125k+ annually with 401k and matching.

Optimal start date is mid-June 2026

We are a thriving Audiology private practice with 5 locations in Dallas, Texas, and currently seek an Audiologist who is driven, self‑motivated, and passionate about helping patients hear well again. The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and have the ability to effectively counsel while building patient rapport. We strive to meet all standards of care for our patients so someone with the same core value will work well in our friendly atmosphere.

Daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Gather health history from patients; conduct audiometric testing; perform diagnostic testing; counsel patients; and make recommendations for hearing aids.
  • Medically treat hearing loss/tinnitus and perform appropriate adjustments and follow-up
  • Make ear impressions, ear molds, and other specialty molds.
  • Perform ear wax removal
  • Maintain documentation and patient files. Write physician letters.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Audiology, Au.D. or Master’s Degree in Audiology. Active and current Texas audiology license.

  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • The ability to interact professionally at all times with patients, physicians, and team members.
