ABOUT THIS ROLEAs a Therapist at Blackbird Health, you will provide evidence‑based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26 and their caregivers. You will build meaningful relationships, support engagement in treatment, and educate families on therapeutic approaches that foster long‑term progress. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young patients and their families.
EMPLOYMENTOPTIONS
W2 Part‑Time (20 hrs/week) | LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Pay: $45,000 base + $70 per session beyond the base caseload.
- 20 hours per week (17 direct‑care hours); core hours: after 3 pm weekdays and/or weekends.
- Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO + 11 holidays.
W2 Full‑Time | LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Pay: $85,000–$90,000.
- 40 hours per week (30 direct‑care hours); core hours: 15 hours after 3 pm weekdays and/or weekends.

- LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Pennsylvania required (licensure sponsorship available).
- At least 1 year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
- At least 1 year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
- Availability after 3 pm ET weekdays and/or weekends.
- Passion for family‑centered, high‑touch care.
Salary Range: $45,000 USD – $105,000 USD.
