We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daytime Caretaker to join our team at SYNERGY Home Care of North Dallas. As a Daytime Caretaker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing their daily lives and promoting independence.

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship to clients, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care assistance
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Manage medication schedules and maintain accurate records
• Encourage and participate in clients' favorite activities and hobbies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure seamless care transitions
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
