PRN Home Health COTA – Dallas | 50​/Visit

At Varco Home Health, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy support in patients’ homes
, helping them improve independence and safely perform daily activities.

This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for COTAs seeking work-life balance or additional income
.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, coordination, and safety
• Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional techniques
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

• Active Texas COTA license (required)
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Kinnser/Well Sky EMR experience (preferred)

• $50 per visit
