Good Sleep Co. is seeking a Sleep Coach / Patient Manager to guide patients through sleep apnea testing and treatment pathways. You will stay with patients from first contact through start of treatment, helping them understand results and choose the right care with providers.
In this role, you’ll conduct consults by phone or video, educate on oral appliance therapy, and ensure patients progress toward treatment while maintaining meticulous CRM records and hitting monthly targets.
