Avir Trilogy is seeking a Field Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator to support skilled nursing facilities with MDS assessments, reimbursement activities, and documentation improvement across an assigned market. This on-site role requires substantial travel and at least four facility-facing days per week.
The ideal candidate has RN or LVN/LPN licensure, 2–3 years of MDS experience, strong MDS 3.0/RAI knowledge, and proficiency with Medicare Part A and PDPM.
