New Patient & Intake Representative – Medical Front Office
Bliss Speech and Hearing Services is growing, and we are looking for a warm, organized, and highly responsive New Patient & Intake Representative to join our administrative team.
This is a fast-paced, patient-facing medical front office role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, is confident on the phone, and understands that the first interaction a patient has with Bliss matters. Regularly scheduled hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday.
What You’ll DoThis is a new, dedicated position created to support our continued growth. Working alongside our Intake Coordinator, you will help ensure every new patient receives a fast response and a great experience, even during high-volume periods.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is warm, friendly, empathetic, organized, and highly responsive and who genuinely enjoys helping people.
The ideal candidate:
- Excellent on the phone and comfortable speaking with patients, parents, and guardians, with a warm and professional communication style.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once, with accurate documentation.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced medical office and quick to learn new software.
- Calm, dependable, reliable, and punctual, even during busy periods.
- Takes ownership and follows through independently while being a strong team player.
You may be a great fit if you have experience in front office medical office, reception, scheduling, or patient intake; call center or customer service; insurance, healthcare administration, or referral coordination; speech therapy, audiology, or other healthcare setting; or a high-volume phone environment.
