Pediatric Partners is hiring Pediatric Physical Therapists throughout Dallas–Fort Worth.

By providing therapy in the home, you can incorporate treatment into a child’s everyday routines while partnering directly with parents and caregivers to support meaningful, lasting progress.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide individualized pediatric physical therapy in the home setting
  • Evaluate children and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities
  • Address mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, and functional independence
  • Recommend therapeutic activities, strategies, and equipment when appropriate
  • Monitor progress and adjust care plans to support meaningful outcomes
  • Educate and empower parents and caregivers to maximize carryover between visits
  • Collaborate with caregivers, ATPs, orthotists, physicians, and other members of the care team
  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Build meaningful relationships with children and families throughout their care journey
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
