Guests drift between four distinctive dining and drinking venues, from an all-day salon and terrace to the magnetic hum of a hidden cocktail lounge and lively pool garden.
A collection of beautifully appointed event spaces each designed for intimate gatherings and grand celebrations alike— offers an elegant backdrop to host the city’s most memorable moments. The hotel will introduce a signature Wellbeing by Auberge concept, where skin-health rituals meet cutting-edge therapies in a convivial yet serene setting.
The Massage Therapist provides professional massage and wellbeing services with a high level of skill, professionalism, and expertise in the healing arts. This role is focused on delivering consistent, personalized treatments that enhance guest wellness, comfort, and overall wellbeing experience while upholding service standards.
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to and from treatment rooms
- Provide attentive care to guests before, during, and after treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms according to guest preferences and wellbeing standards
- Perform massage and body treatments tailored to individual guest needs
- Ensure guest comfort, privacy, and safety at all times
- Set up, clean, sanitize, and restock treatment rooms between services
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of wellbeing public areas, including relaxation lounges, hallways, and reception-adjacent wellbeingces
- Ensure locker rooms, showers, and restroom areas are clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- Monitor wellbeing common areas throughout the day and address cleanliness or maintenance needs promptly
- Replenish towels, water, amenities, and guest supplies in public wellbeing areas
- Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or cleanliness deficiencies in wellbeing areas to management
- Maintain all wellbeing areas, including treatment rooms and public spaces, in an immaculate condition
- Uphold professional ethics and deliver consistent, high-quality guest service
- Maintain proper sanitation and sterilization procedures in compliance with regulations and wellbeing policies
- Maintain adequate supplies and ensure all treatment rooms are fully stocked
- Communicate any guest concerns, incidents, or complaints to management promptly
- Promote wellbeing services, treatments, retail products, and available programs when appropriate
- Educate guests on available services and recommend appropriate treatments when suitable
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and guest preferences as required
- Follow all wellbeing operational policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a licensed Massage Therapist
- Valid Massage Therapist State License required
- Experience in a luxury wellbeing or hotel spa environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of massage and bodywork techniques
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times
- Passion for wellness and the healing arts
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to a minimum of three (3) days per week, including weekends
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Bilingual abilities preferred
