Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm / 40hrs per week
- Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations
- Assist with non-testing laboratory tasks, such as specimen organization, inventory, and workspace preparation
- Participate in approved mock testing, demonstrations, and basic laboratory techniques under supervision
- Support approved laboratory projects
- Follow all safety and compliance standard operating procedures
- Current enrollment in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology Bachelor's degree program
- Interest in laboratory science
- Interest in diagnostics industry
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to follow laboratory procedures
- Eagerness to learn new laboratory skills and scientific concepts
- Show initiative and the ability to work independently under general supervision
- Maintain professionalism, including punctuality and appropriate conduct
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Duration: 11 weeks, full-time
- Dates of Internship:
June 1st – August 13th, 2027 - Eligibility:
Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.
#Futureof Labcorp Pay Range: $17.75-22/hr All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including:

Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
