We’re expanding our surgical team in Dallas, Texas and seeking a skilled PA to join our growing practice.

PA will assist in performing FUE and FUT hair transplantation procedures alongside a full surgical team. You’ll handle design, anesthesia, and incisions while overseeing overall surgical flow. This position is ideal for a confident, detail-oriented NP with a strong interest in aesthetic or surgical procedures
.

• Perform pre- and post-operative evaluations.
• Design recipient areas and administer local anesthesia.
• Execute incisions and oversee surgical workflow with team support.
• Ensure compliance with safety and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate closely with surgical assistants and implantation techs.

• Full-Time: Monday-Friday (8-10 procedures weekly)
• Part-Time: 3-4 days weekly (5-6 procedures weekly)
• Guaranteed annual salary: $180,000-$200,000
• Performance incentives for additional weekly cases
• 2 paid weeks of vacation annually

• Active license (required)
• Prior surgical or procedural experience (plastics, dermatology, or OR preferred)
• Excellent dexterity, attention to detail, and patient communication
• Team-oriented approach and passion for aesthetic medicine
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Predictable weekday schedule
  - no weekends or on-call
