Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

What Makes Unity Behavioral Services Different?

At Unity Behavioral Services, we're not just delivering ABA therapy - we're redefining what great care looks like for children and families.

We're building something special: A place where BCBAs are empowered, heard, and supported - not buried in admin work or stretched too thin.

What Makes This Role Different

We know what BCBAs are tired of... and we are changing the game.

Clinical Autonomy - You're trusted to make decisions

Manageable Caseloads - Quality over volume

Supportive Leadership - You're not on an island

Growth-Oriented Culture - Your ideas help shape the company

Start-Up Energy - Opportunity to build, not just inherit

What You'll Do (And Why It Matters)

Lead Meaningful Clinical Work

  • Conduct assessments (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland) to truly understand each child
  • Design individualized, high-quality treatment plans that drive real progress
  • Continuously analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize outcomes

Develop and Elevate Your Team

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs with intention - not just check a box
  • Provide hands-on coaching, modeling, and real-time feedback
  • Help build confident, skilled clinicians who love what they do

Partner with Families (Not Just Update Them)

  • Collaborate closely with caregivers to create consistency across environments
  • Turn complex clinical strategies into practical, everyday tools
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with families

Own Outcomes, Not Just Tasks

  • Monitor progress and evolve treatment plans based on real data
  • Communicate clearly with families and stakeholders
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence

The Essentials (What You Bring)

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience in assessments, treatment planning, and supervision
  • Strong clinical judgment and data-driven mindset
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families

Let's Keep It Real

The demand for BCBAs is high. You have options. We're not trying to be everything to everyone - but if you're looking for a place where you can do your best work and help build something better, we'd love to talk.

Ready to Learn More?

If you're looking for a role where:

  • You can shape programs, not just manage them
