Managing Partner

About the Role

Bles Wellness and Apparel is hiring a Managing Partner to operate a massage therapy practice in the Portland area. This is a contractor position — you work out of your own space, on your own schedule, with a minimum weekly commitment of 20 hours.

You provide massage therapy services to clients, including clients referred through Bles Wellness's booking and marketing system. Clients you bring with you remain your own; clients referred through Bles Wellness are part of the partnership. Scheduling, booking, and client communications are handled through the Bles Wellness system at no cost to you.

• $46/hr for clients booked through marketing channels
• $70/hr for membership or full-pay clients
• 10% commission on skincare product sales
• 2–20% commission on apparel sales (rate set by individual partnership agreement)
• Paid monthly

Bles Wellness and Apparel was founded by Lindsey Bles, who built the company to support her mother's mental health and wellbeing through the power of therapeutic touch and wellness practices. That mission has grown into a nationwide network of wellness practitioners.

Lindsey brings 16 years of hands-on experience as a massage therapist, master esthetician, and reiki healer — a career that includes building four wellness spa boutiques — and is recognized internationally as a wellness-focused fashion designer, with an apparel line featured on national television. Bles Wellness also offers a skincare line and a broader range of wellness products, with commission opportunities available to Managing Partners across the full product line.
