Wellness & Aesthetics NP​/PA

A growing concierge wellness clinic in Dallas is hiring an NP or PA to lead patient care in a modern, membership-based practice with real time for each patient, full autonomy, and none of the insurance red tape. The clinic serves a primarily male membership focused on hormone optimization, weight management, sexual wellness, and aesthetics, so comfort discussing men's health topics and hormone therapy is part of the day-to-day.

Full training is provided including a complete hormone health program. The role starts at three days per week and grows into full-time as the practice expands, with hours and earnings tied directly to the results you drive.

• Serve as the primary clinical provider across hormone optimization, sexual wellness, peptide therapy, weight management, and aesthetics
• Evaluate patients and build individualized treatment plans under medical director supervision
• Own patient consultations end to end, educating members on their options and guiding them toward plans that fit their goals
• Perform in-clinic procedures including intramuscular injections and PRP (training provided)
• Help grow clinic membership through confident, patient-first conversations
• Maintain clean, timely documentation and help run an organized clinic day

• Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; ability to connect with patients and guide decisions matters most
• Comfortable discussing and recommending hormone therapy, peptides, and men's health treatments; prior experience a plus, full training provided
• Comfortable owning patient consultations and running your own clinic flow
• DEA registration a plus, and Controlled Substance Registration; clinic will cover it if not already held
• Background in hormone therapy, aesthetics (Botox, PRP, pellets), or cash-pay concierge setting a strong plus

• $55–$75/hr for three-day schedule, scaling as role grows to full-time
• Uncapped commission; target approximately $12,000/year with real upside for strong performers
