Speech Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that promote effective communication and improve quality of life.

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide therapy to patients using evidence-based techniques and interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
• Stay current with advancements in speech therapy practices and techniques.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state license or certification to practice as a Speech Therapist in Texas.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds and ages.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.

This position is based in Dallas, TX 75231 and may involve working in clinical, educational, or home settings depending on patient needs. The role requires flexibility, empathy, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes through effective speech therapy interventions.
