Our clinicians typically treat 9–11 patients per day
, allowing you to focus on your patients rather than simply moving people through a high-volume schedule.

As an orthopedic PTA at 3

DPT, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload under the direction of our Physical Therapists

• Carry out individualized plans of care using therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, movement-based treatment, and patient education

• Progress treatments based on patient response and communicate clinical observations with the supervising PT

• Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery

• Collaborate closely with PTs, PTAs, and other members of the clinical team

• Develop your orthopedic clinical skills through mentorship and continuing education

• Contribute ideas and have a voice in how we continue improving the patient experience

Experienced PTAs and early-career clinicians with a strong growth mindset are both encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current or eligible Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license

• Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
