- Work Mode: 100% Remote
- Duration: 2 months, possible extension
- Work member gap lists to search EMRs and pull qualifying records.
- Audit submitted records for validation.
- Review 80 – 100 charts per day.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure HEDIS care gaps are closed.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Improvement or healthcare-related fields.
- Working knowledge of the National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA).
- Must be very familiar with HEDIS measures and technical specifications.
- Ability to pass measure tests with 95% or higher.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Strong HEDIS measure experience.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel.
- Team collaboration skills and a driven focus on tasks.
